One week has passed for my leave. My family has decided to have my grandma lives with us. She has fractured her ? bone (unknown-no one could tell me the exact location- hip, sacral?) and has make walking very difficult for her. She has to mobilise using wheelchair. Her age and her illness (DM) has make surgery not an option. We hope that she feels welcomed in our family.
We will try our best to meet her needs.
Today my extended family attended the first aid course sponsored by PA and organised by RC under RMG. Its totally a different experience attending the class with a non medical people. Its quite interesting how they keen to learn and know about things though the speaker has to converse in mandarin too. The chairman of the RC asked whether if he collapsed can people do CPR on him? The problem is he had a bypassed for blocked arteries. The trainer was like yes they still can do CPR on him. But then he was asking he scared might injured his rib cage and asked further till the trainer told him to write on his chest saying that he wished no CPR to be done on him in case he collapsed. lol.
