Today marked the 1st day course of my 3 days course of Occupational First Aid. It was held at Academic Centre & Clinic Pte Ltd located in Kembangan Plaza. My trainer name is Philip Ng. I hope that this course is different from the one that I took at the RC with my family under RMG (refer to photo above, me and my sis Mariah).

My eyes are really damn, not cooperating with me. I was really nearly to doze off...ZZZZ

Philip was really helping cause he makes me stayed awake. I laugh loudly many times.

He was telling us about his experiences. Okay let me share with ya the funniest. In our group there is this uncle mid 50s..his face still maintain the same. No expression at all though Philip cracked jokes. So he asked him to loosen a bit..LOL..Me and Kak Sarimah was laughing. Can't stop. hahahahaha. Then he was getting to a topic of Coronary Disease. The highest factors that lead to it would be SMOKING. In our group out of 11 people, 3 persons smoke. It happened to be the expressionless uncle. He said that he has been smoking for 40 years..and we burst out laughter cause his smoking years is like the size of the parade square and Phili[p said lets sing MAJULAH SINGAPURA. hahahaha. Funi sia. Then he scared him by saying that your lungs would have been the colour of your hair black...then he said no that wouldnt do...it is the colour of the road tar..LOL..then he contd...those who dont smoke dont think you are safe...you are the second smoker...passive smokers....Please stop smoking now if not it gonna be too late once the doctor already diagnose you with cancer. Ok still not scary enough huh..there is even third and smokers..your love ones..when you touch your grandson, your wife...haiz..he so funny sia.

Move on to practical of bandaging....Quite enjoyable cause theres score of 100...

Ist bandage is folding broad bandage, then narrow bandage...the ring pad (donut),

the reef knot, arm sling (85/100), elevation sling (80/100), scalp bandage (100/100) then palm bandage (100/100)...wow...a great accomplishment...wat a score right..lol..

I paired up with Kak Sarimah and she scored all full marks 1oo/100 for all the 4 bandages...LMAO...haha that makes me a good casualty...hahaha...

will update for tml lessons that is CPR..so xian sia...somemore im the only one with medical background in the group...stress sia..ciao
