My colleagues and I was listed to attend this two days course on Organizational Excellence.
The course was conducted by Mdm Chua Bee Choo.
This course is quite interesting and enjoyable for me.
I have laugh so much seeing her acting out examples of being impatience while serving customers.
Those common gestures are quite common and I don't deny that I did some of those things.
Two session of tea breaks are being provided for us.
Me and Ira decided to go to the treetop at Ecogarden since both of us are still quite full from eating the food from the tea break. Therefore we skipped lunch and below are some of the photos taken by Ira while we are at Ecogarden.

Today I got to chat with my Du Di at MSN.
