Apparently it's a 3 hour special shown on 5th April in Japan. The story takes place half a year after Aya died. Some scenes of Aya before her death so Sawajiri Erika will be involved in the sp too
Nishikido Ryo should be playing a big role in this special since the sp will be about him *as a neurologist* and Aya's sister trying to encourage a 14-year old girl not to give up on life.
